Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These Terms govern the use of Sajtpress CRM at crm.sajtpress.rs (the “CRM”), operated by Novak Janković PR Sajtpress (“Sajtpress”, “we”). By signing in you accept them; the organization that holds a workspace accepts them for that workspace. Where we have signed a separate written agreement with your organization, that agreement takes precedence where it differs. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
- Name
- Novak Janković PR Sajtpress
- Registration no. (MB)
- 66213706
- Tax ID (PIB)
- 112590107
- Address
- Lipovički put 110, Barajevo 11460
2. The service
The CRM is software for managing leads, companies, contacts, deals, email, meetings, quotes and invoices. Workspaces are set up by Sajtpress for organizations, on request — there is no public sign-up. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
The live demo is a temporary workspace with fictional sample data, for trying the CRM's core features. It is provided as it is, sends nothing outside the CRM, and is deleted a day after your last visit, three days after you started it at the latest. Don’t put real personal or confidential data in it. We may limit, reset or switch off the live demo at any time.
3. Accounts
- A workspace’s owner and admins create its users’ accounts and decide their roles. The organization is responsible for who it gives access to and for what its users do in the CRM.
- Your account is personal. Do not share it; keep your password secret and use two-factor authentication where your workspace or we require it.
- Tell us at once at aisolutions@sajtpress.rs if you suspect your account or workspace has been misused.
4. Your organization’s data
Everything your organization puts in its workspace remains its own. It can export every list to CSV at any time, and the workspace owner can download the workspace’s data as one file (attachments are downloaded one by one) or delete the workspace.
Your organization is responsible for its data: for having a legal basis for the personal data it keeps, for telling the people concerned, and for answering their requests. We help where the CRM allows.
5. How we process workspace data
For the personal data in your workspace we act as processor, and your organization as controller. We:
- process it only to provide, secure and support the CRM, following your organization’s instructions as expressed by these Terms and by how it sets up and uses the CRM;
- allow only people bound to confidentiality to access it;
- protect it with the measures described in the Privacy Policy;
- use as sub-processors only our hosting provider and, if your workspace uses the AI features, Anthropic under your own key — or, for a workspace connected to our Sajtpress platform without a key of its own, the AI providers named in that platform’s privacy policy;
- help your organization answer requests from the people concerned, and tell it without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting its data;
- when the workspace ends, let its owner export the data and then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep something.
6. Email from your own mailbox
The CRM sends email through your organization’s own mail server, in its name. Your organization is responsible for what it sends and to whom, including the rules on commercial communications and on personal data. Every email carries an unsubscribe option; do not try to get around it or to email anyone who has opted out.
7. AI features
The AI features are optional and use your organization’s own Anthropic API key; Anthropic bills that account for their use. AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete text — review it before you rely on it or send it. The person who sends or uses it is responsible for it.
8. Quotes and invoices
The CRM helps you prepare quotes and invoices with the content Serbian rules ask for, such as PIB, matični broj, the VAT note and the IPS QR code. You remain responsible for the accuracy of every document you issue and for your own tax and accounting obligations. We do not give accounting, tax or legal advice.
9. Not allowed
- storing or sending unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or unsolicited bulk email;
- trying to get around security or access limits, to reach another workspace’s data, or to test the CRM’s security without our written permission;
- copying, reverse-engineering or overloading the CRM, or giving access to it to third parties outside your organization without our agreement;
- starting live demos automatically or in bulk, or using a demo workspace to store, publish or pass on real data.
10. Fees
These Terms set no fees. If your organization pays for the CRM, the amount and how it is paid are agreed with it separately, in writing.
11. Suspension and ending
We may suspend an account or a workspace if these Terms are seriously breached, or to stop a security threat, and we will tell the workspace owner why. Your organization can stop using the CRM at any time. When a workspace ends, its owner can export the data first; we then delete it as described in section 5.
12. Availability and liability
We work to keep the CRM available, correct and secure, but provide it “as is”, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance and outside services can interrupt it. Keep your own exports of data that matters to you. To the extent Serbian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
13. Outside services
Some features depend on services we do not run — your mail server, Anthropic, the calendars and addresses you connect. We are not responsible for their availability or their changes, which can limit or stop a feature.
14. Ownership
The CRM — its software, design and texts — belongs to Sajtpress. Using it gives your organization the right to use it under these Terms, not ownership of it.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.
16. Changes
We will publish any change to these Terms on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the CRM after a change means you accept it. Questions: aisolutions@sajtpress.rs.
